The mill grounds are open to visitors all year round. However we must stress there is absolutely no smoking or flames to be lit anywhere within our grounds, please take your rubbish with you and there is no climbing on the structure during none open days. Or come to one of our regular open days for a guided tour and view the machinery within the interior. There are also displays on the Windmill’s history within the Roundhouse where you will then find a mill related video, which will also be playing as part of the tour. It makes for a different, educational and in whole a fascinating, fun day out in Surrey for all the family The Heritage Open Days is England's largest festival of history and culture, bringing together over 2,000 organisations, 5,500 events and 46,000 volunteers.
